Here are the rules.  Fill out the form below.  Email the completed form and a picture of you and your boo to black1990@aol.com.  

The pictures will be posted on all of our social media pages. The picture with the most likes wins first place, the picture with the second most likes wins second place and the picture with the third most likes wins third place.  

First place will receive a $200 gift card and a gift basket of hair care products.  Second place will receive a $100 gift card and a gift basket of hair care products.  Third place will receive a gift basket of hair care products.  Good luck to all participants!!!
